Jiangshan Industrial Park
Covering 30 hectares, five plants are in operation. Each plant is equipped with 530 knitting machines and mainly served for customers including Decathlon, Gildan, Stichd, domestic and Japanese customers.
Shaoxing Production Base
It takes up 4 hectares with over 1100 employees. Top-notch equipment have been introduced to the Base and currently there are over 210 sets of seamless knitting machines from SANTONI,
Italy, as well as dyeing, pre-setting machines controlled by computer program. All sewing machines are imported from Japan.
The annual capacity of seamless apparel manufacturing exceeds 11 million pieces. Technical development and production service are delivered to globally well-known brands.
Guizhou Production Base
Guizhou Dingsheng Clothing Co., Ltd. takes up 30, 000 m² in space, specialized in upscale seamless manufacturing, with annual capacity of 24 million pieces. There are over 1,700 employees now. Guizhou Jasan Sportswear Co., Ltd. takes up 13 hectares in space for Phase I, which initiated production since June 2021. The total investment amounts to 140 million RMB, with annual capacity of 36 million mid- to high-end socks and 2,000 tons of spandex yarn coverage. Plant 1 (Spandex Yarn Coverage Plant) owns 117 sets of machines to produce covered yarn and elastane. Plant 2 (Sock Plant) owns 440 sock knitting machines.
Hai Phong Production Base in Vietnam
Covering an area of 10 hectares, 4 plants have been in operation，with 2,500 sets of knitting machines, annual capacity of 180 million pairs. Mainly served customers including HAA, GAP, Gildan, Stichd and UNIQLO.
Hung Yen Production Base in Vietnam
Covering an area of 9 hectares, the plant produces dyeing yarn, nylon, spandex as the raw material for socks, with annual capacity of 9,000 tons. For seamless apparel, Phase I has 213 knitting machines from SANTONI which launched production since 2019 with annual capacity of 30 million pieces, and Phase II with 200 knitting machines from SANTONI will be in operation since 2023, with a total annual capacity of 48 million pieces.
Thanh Hoa Production Base in Vietnam
Covering an area of 10 hectares, designed for 2,000 knitting machines, with annual capacity of 150 millions pairs. 1,500 knitting machines have been put into production at three plants for Gildan, HAA, and Stichd.
